In addition to the Special Committee Form, M.Eng. students must fill out a Degree Information Card. It's not complicated to fill out, but the catch is that it must be typed, so make sure you find a typewriter. Many departments have typewriters available for this and other such purposes, and the Graduate Records office in 150 Caldwell Hall (DE4) has several as well (form available online at CLICK HERE).
