EGSA Bylaws

There is to be at least one meeting held each semester. During the Fall semester, the Annual Officer Election meeting should be held. At this meeting, the annual report and the treasurer's report will be presented to the association.

Membership in the Association must be at least 41% graduate students at all times.

No Dues shall be collected as a requirement for membership.

Events organized and presented by EGSA shall be properly advertised as such.

Elections, which shall be held in a timely manner at the end of the Fall Semester, shall be run by current officers who are not running for re-election, or by an impartial designate of the executive board.
